Donner is a lovely 15.1HH 3 yr old gelding. He has a wonderful personality. He is easy to catch and handle. He is doing very well with in-hand work -moving hips, shoulders, backing, standing still for grooming/ lunging-with surcingle and into the bridle and ground driving-walk, trot, halt, and back. 20+ rides and he is walk/trot/canter, halting, turning on the fore, starting turns on the haunches, and sidepassing, and is getting the idea of leg-yielding. His price includes his first 2 months of training (to the end of December) and 4 free lessons for the new owner. Donner is a very quick learner and will do well in any direction you decide to take him, english or western. He has a lovely trot and lope, very smooth to ride. He would make a great 4h young horse project, an all around horse, or a trail horse. A portion of his sale will be donated to Bear Valley Horse Rescue, where he was born. Asking $ obo.
